  • We enjoy this place, particularly the Pizza and Pint Wed night. It can be crowded, but the view is nice and the food is good, particularly the creative pizzas they have.  more »
  • I was so disappointed in the lunch my husband and I had here, as we visit lots of brewerys and I have to say this ones food was the worse. The food was actually inedible, my burger was so overly cooke...  more »
  • The last time I tried to bring friends here on a Friday afternoon, it was so incredibly busy that we couldn't even get near the bar. As this fine Beer Company has expanded, its Taproom restaurant has ...  more »

  • My wife and I met when we were students at Cornell, and so it was only natural for us to come back and have our wedding in 2015 in Ithaca (posting this review a bit late, woops). When we agreed on a picnic for our rehearsal, I was thrilled to realize that Ithaca Beer Co had kegs available. Cascazilla had always been my favorite, and when the staff heard that it was for a wedding, they hooked us up with a keg of it even though it was not one of their usual options available. They were great to work with, and we were impressed with their new seating area and welcoming atmosphere on-site as well. We hauled a supply of their brews home with us, and look forward to stocking up again next time we are in town.
  • Very poor customer service. Over a simple misunderstanding where we can bring our drinks while waiting for our table my husband was called a "jack-ass" by an employee named, Eric, to another co-worker who was bartending in front of many other customers by the bar. We were trying to adjust to the situation and as we walked away, I heard him tell the bartender - "Don't worry about him, he is a jack-ass". Very uncalled for, unprofessional and unnecessary. We were out for a family dinner with our 2-year old son and was hoping for a great experience but received awful treatment. Definitely not recommending this place where it is not family-friendly and there seems to be a lack of value system and professionalism in place.
  • The food is fantastic and the beer list keeps on expanding. The staff have always been nice and welcoming. The outside seating is perfect for spring through fall. I highly recommend if you are looking to try new beer and just have a good time.
  • Great beer and outdoor space. Greg is a riot, staff is really great. My partner was a little dissppointed that there aren't vegan options but she loved the huge pile of fries she ordered.
  • The beer is great but customer service was disappointing. The a/c was out and Ithaca was in a heat wave the past few weeks. Also Had a keg ordered and confirmed but was sold to someone a few days before an event. Being from out of state this added undue stress to our vacation.
