  • We stayed at the park about 3 years ago and were so impressed. It still has the beautiful setting with the lakes . Now it feels like the ugly step-sister of the casino. It appears run down and not car...  more »

  • This place is just about as nice as something like this can be in this rather dry location. Just went in as a visitor, but people fishing were catching fish left and right. You do have to pay to get in, 2$ per person just as a visitor, maybe more for fishing. Closes before sunset. They've planted a lot of trees so it's only going to get shadier and nicer as the years go by. They are taking good care of the landscaping.
  • Beautiful park. Well maintained , friendly staff, can't say enough about them. Loved being able to hike around the lakes plus nice fishing areas.
  • No Fish and designed to snag lines huge design flaw for this man made lake. Went there today for Fathers Day Today. Bad Fishing Big Prices Adult $16.00 Adult $16.00 Daughter $9.00 + Sur Charges. We paid $43.00 Expensive! For what you get. Fishing We fished for Catfish & Whatever the H$LL else is in there. We didn't get one nibble started early morning and left at 7. 7 PM Really? When it starts cooling down for fish to bite you have to leave. If there was fish. No bites. I'm experienced and I used every dam bait known to that bait store and Wallmart. There is no fish! Don't waste your dam time. There is a net all around the lake so weeds don't grow or something. Point is it's in the water and it's becoming detached so kids and adults alike will lose lots of hooks weights fish if there was any and fish line. Don't go let them actually sell a nice experience. You will get ripped off. Yes you will. It's easy to drive there it's a convenient destination but it is overpriced dont come here to fish. Come here for the scenery. A couple trees and allot of sand. A+ Rating bathrooms. Best I've seen stay in there if you want to have a good experience. I wish I was lying No Fish! Yet they actually have limits! And check your number when you leave! Complete Scam! This is the second time I came here in my life and when I was 19ish I came here and had the same result. It's a very consistent ripped off feeling I wish I could get my money back. I hope the manage writes me. This is a horrible place!
  • Nice park we camped there with our 30 foot travel trailer. Long drive thru with hook ups all the way at one end. So it took all the stinky snake length to work. They have a couple lakes, casino, herd of buffalo right there at the park. Train tracks are right there by the park but that doesn't bother me. I didn't gamble but went to cascino to eat and was good food. I will go there again and maybe I will fish.
  • They suck it was better before the upgrade or should i say down grade we used to be able to afford it and u got to enjoy the wilderness now thers no trees u cant camp next to the water anymore ppl are rude just aint worth it bad review to it period your better off going to the river or another lake ...
