Coolest animal park I've been to in Florida, and I live here so I've been to most of the "good" ones. The natural setting is what sets this place apart. The aquatic animals aren't in concrete tanks. The dolphin show was very impressive! And you can tell how much the trainers and handlers love the animals. The gardens and plants are beautiful too!
The staff seemed well informed with the creatures there. We really enjoyed the dolphin show. Amazing how they were able to teach such neat tricks to the sea lions & dolphins. I really appreciated the fact that they were helping animals that would not of had a life if it wasn't for them. What a great way to pay it forward. 👍
Best dolphin show I have ever seen in my life, sea lions and parrots too but the free snorkel beach is very cool for kids.. recommend bringing your own goggles and snorkel. I revisited again and it is even better than the first time. We love this place. We have decided to come here each time we come to visit south Florida. Our grandkids loved this place!!! They even have some rescue sea turtles now!! Super big and super cool!! Did I mention the amazing dolphin show?
This was hands down one of the best places I have ever been! I have driven by several times, and this time I finally had the opportunity to visit. I’m so glad that I did! Not only do they have a lot to do, but they have some of the best/most unique animal interactions. I did both the Sea Lion swim and Paint with a Sea Lion. Both experiences were incredible! The trainer was fantastic, and you could tell how much she loved what she does (and the sea lions of course). I was fortunate to have a painting by Wilbur, and a swim with both Malibu and Bella. I can’t explain how incredible and exciting both experiences were! Everyone at Theater of the Sea was so kind and helpful. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit, and I highly recommend making this a top priority on your next trip. You won’t regret it. I can’t wait to come back!
Great place to bring the kids! We purchased our tickets online ($3 discount if purchased online) & got in immediately upon arrival. There are 7 shows & a boat ride. The shows were fantastic.. very educational & entertaining. Our favorites were the parrot & dolphin shows. The staff was very helpful & the grounds/gardens were beautiful. We enjoyed it so much, we will be visiting again!
