  • If your'e already enjoying a day at the Spectrum, might as well top it off with a ride on the Giant Wheel. Yes it pretty much gives an aerial view of shopping center rooftops and other terra cotta/bei...  read more »
  • A simple attraction within this huge mall area. Little kids may appreciate it, but nothing that will grab the attention of grown ups.
  • We took a ride on the Giant Wheel (Ferris Wheel) at the Irvine Spectrum for our 7th wedding Anniversary. A lovely view, and a fantastic sea breeze to cool us off at the top. Cons: Loss of 2 stars due ...  read more »
  • I have seen this place evolved over the years usually adding more stores. They have some parking lot parking in a parking structure on each side. There are multiple places that you can eat here, multiple shopping options including Target, it's kid friendly and has rides, and it is home to the large Edwards cinema one of the largest what was once the Edwards cinema theaters I've ever seen. They have multiple theaters in there as well as IMAX and 3D. The main reason I didn't get this a five-star is because of the parking. It's a little bit of a pain and the fact that they built more structures in front of Barnes & Nobles annoys me. They need to stop building more buildings and leave the parking lot alone aside from that this is a great place to visit.
  • This place is a good shopping center but it has some hidden architectural gems if you know what you are looking for. The design is based off of the Alhambra in Granada, Spain and you can definitely see the Moorish influence. Check out all the fountains because they are copies of real historic and famous fountains from Spain. There is also a large arch you walk through that is actually a key hole. Additionally, there are a lot of additions that make it more than just a shopping center. The parking has sensors to tell you how many parking spots are left. There is a giant ferris wheel that has a screen in the middle that they light up at night. To top off your experience, the carousel is absolutely beautiful. If you end up going, slow down and just enjoy the place, you won't regret it.
  • This is a fun spot to hang out and people watch. Great options for eating out. I love Umami Burger and TLT Foods. The only frustration is parking. They have added more and more parking over the years but it's still a struggle. If you come on the weekend be ready to battle others for a parking spot.
  • It was a great place to visit with 3 hungry kids under 8. They had a blast riding the train then gave mommy the time to relax while they had a blast at the playground followed by the water shoots. They went back in the car completely exhausted and ready for bed routine. Great place!!!
  • Large outdoor shopping centre. All sorts of cuisines available from Korean to Japanese and health conscious, to deep fried dough, pretzels and burgers. Lots of stores to shop as well as kiosks, For the Pokemon Go-ers there's a plethora of pokestops and gyms. Just start at the cupola and work your way to the Ferris wheel. Parking is extensive so long as you don't mind a bit of a walk. There's a few valet services as well. Curbside to go is offered at many of the restaurants.
