  • I really enjoyed their beers, their Amnesiac IPA was very good. Unfortunitly they did not have any sours. They were more than happy to let me try any beer with a very small tasting cup. Nice hard soda...  more »

  • Great selection of beers. A must stop if on the Highway. Always have to get a few beers to bring home. My friends and family all love their beers and rave about them. My favorites are the Mojave Red and the Whiskey Ale Brew.
  • Califonia's #457 Landmark; an honestly random brewery in the desert, but a great brewery nonetheless. Host was super friendly and the beer was tasty. They have a cool deal where you can buy a small 3-4 fl oz souvenir glass for $3, refill it for only $1, and then bring it back anytime you're driving through and refill it for that $1 price. Same rule applies for their other souvenir glass but with different prices. Overall: a great pit stop to take a break and taste some unique and delicious brew.
  • Great service, House salad was pretossed and was over marinated. Onion rings to die for. Death Valley Pilsner was the best of the 5 sampled.
  • We visited this place for the first time on January 23, 2016 and we will do it again. The steak, Diamond Jim, was perfect. The beer I had was also perfect, even though it is imported from Mexico I think. The server, Marie, was the best we have had in years. The staff was friendly, quick, efficient. I would, however, like to see an area setup just for RV's to overnight on our way North. We would stop there frequently on our way to Bishop, Mammoth, Lake Tahoe, just to eat but our motor home just will not work out in their parking lot therefore we must bypass when in the motor home. I give it 5 stars for the reasons stated above. Loved it!
  • Always an excellent rest stop on the way to or from Mammoth. The beers are refreshing, as are the sodas. The staff is very friendly, the Mojave Gold is great for those hot summer days.
