  • Very picturesque, nice to walk around and just enjoy nature at it's best. Takes your mind off the things.
  • We stopped here after visiting the zoo. This is the type of place where I wish I had a book with me so I can find some hidden nook and read. Very peaceful.
  • The gardens are a nice green space break from the concrete jungle! The outdoor portion is lovely. Enjoyed the Lego displays. Indoor garden is a quick visit but the outdoor garden winds around with new...  more »

  • This is a very beautiful spot in downtown Indianapolis. Perfect for picnic and romantic dates while enjoying the sunset. This is by far my favorite place in Indianapolis. We would usually just bike around the area and see the beauty of it during our free time. They also have a lovely view by the riverside where there are some turtles and just nearby is the Indianapolis zoo.
  • So peaceful and absolutely beautiful. Loved to walk through the garden and watch butterflies enjoy bright colored flowers. Water gardens are very pretty too.
  • Such beautiful flowers!! My kids love to explore all the different types of plants.
  • Great gardens right next door to the zoo. They have event facilities as well as dining. A butterfly exhibit happens once a year. A great place to bring your mom. (I volunteered in the gardens and helped put in the knot garden.)
  • Amazing location. Wonderful gardens. Right now there is a Lego sculpture exhibit spread throughout the gardens. I attended a wedding here, and the ceremony was absolutely gorgeous.
