Where to stay in Indianapolis

With limited public transportation in the city, those traveling without a car should consider the location of their accommodations carefully. To stay within walking distance of Indianapolis’ best restaurants and bars, look for a hotel or apartment rental in the arty Mass Ave or Broad Ripple neighborhoods. Downtown lodgings are often more expensive, but provide easy access to Indy’s best-known attractions for those on vacation. Bed and breakfasts in the city’s residential areas provide a healthy dose of Midwestern charm.

  • I've been here for a game and and had a great time. It's hard not to. There is so much excitement in the air. When you walk in and see the stadium for the first time it's amazing. It's a little pricey for most people especially if you want to eat or drink but if you're a big fan then it's worth it. The biggest surprise was when my Wife's company rented the stadium for a special event. They certainly went all out. Having dinner on the playing field was so cool, and we were treated to a guided tour. Everyone in Central Indiana should visit this place at least once. After all they paid for it and still pay every time they go out to eat or buy anything, even though most people can't afford a ticket.
  • We were here for my daughter's college graduation. It's a nice stadium, but I'm tired of hearing the locals go on and on about it. It's fairly representative of other modern stadiums built around the same time. There's nothing all that unique or special about it. The wall on the northeast side that opens is nice.
  • Only giving 4 starts because I haven't been inside but when I do go in I'll rate accordingly. Very spacious, plenty of parking, perfect size stadium for the caliber of events that are commonly at this venue plus the colts games. Definitely hoping to visit and see the inside while here!
  • The wide open floor design makes allows for walking from section to section easily. The awesome air conditioning keeps you at a comfortable temperature. Conveniently located in Downtown Indy near restaurants and historical sites.
  • Had a good event here. Parking was easy with the park whiz app. Sounds got hard to hear at some points to due echo but over all good
