  • This museum has a wide variety of historical artifacts, including : baskets, gems, newspaper articles, photos, etc. I left feeling like I was more informed regarding the history of the Owens Valley.  more »

  • Cool place. The old train was great.
  • NICE OUTDOOR AREA. LOTS OF BUILDINGS WITH A CREEK THAT RUNS TROUGH PROPERTY. PLANT AND FLOWER Preserve LOCATED NEXT TO PROPERTY
  • I've been coming here ever since i was a little kid. It has fantastic snap shots of life in the Owens Valley over the last century. Also great insight into what life was like for people in the Manzanar Internment Camp during World War II.
  • Amazing stop. Small museum with some really neat artifacts ranging from Indian baskets, black powder guns, manzanita and on. Take a half hour and stop.
  • Great regional museum. Been back several times. Special exhibitions have added draw to this engaging facility. Was lucky to have visited during manzinar program, another must experience a few miles south. Always stop to see what's new at both sites!
