  • Imperial Beach is south of most of the San Diego beaches like Mission or Coronado. Has a small town feel with a few good restaurants to check out. Pier is a good spot for fishing or a walk.  more »

  • Lovely views of Coronado Bridge/Point Loma in the distance. You can watch the surfers and walk for a fair distance on the pier. There are a LOT of fisherman there so watch for the hooks, knifes and loose dead fish. The restaurant at the end is overpriced and soulless but there if you need a bite.
  • A great place to fish, stroll, and chill. The parking may not be free if you want it close to the pier.
  • Love the place, very nice for a weekend with the family, people are fishing in the pier and it's a small fish restaurant at the end. Was not easy to find a parking space for us but maybe because it was weekend.
  • My wife and I were in town for the day visiting a close friend. It's a lovely pier.
  • One of Southern California's best beach areas. San Diego's hidden jewel.
