My husband and I were traveling from MN to CO. We love to visit wineries so we had picked up a CO winery guide which is how we found Fox Fire Farms. It is a bit off the beaten path but our GPS and goo... more »

This was my first experience at a wine tasting. Was great! I enjoyed each of the wines, and the different varieties. I had never tried a traminete before and this one was definitely award winning. The lady that helped us was very knowledgeable about the wines. Was a great break in our vacation to just sit and relax and try some new things. Iwould definitely visit again!

Absolutely amazing place! The atmosphere is fun for the whole family, and the people were so friendly! Great wine at fair prices in a beautiful venue. We were honestly surprised by how good the experience was. We will be back!

Very nice, worth the trip... So glad we come out to Ignacio while vacationing in Durango. Husband & I are from Colorado Springs and always interested in Colorado breed wines, and Fox Fire Farms did not disappoint. In fact, the owner, grower, and maker of the vineyard, Richard, was our wine tasting host and was quite pleasant and eager to answer questions of varying topics. Highly recommend!

What a wonderful evening celebrating two early July birthdays (mine & my mom-in-law's)! The wines were wonderfully paired with exotic and delectable chocolate creations (who would have thought that bacon & chocolate could sizzle so well?!!?) The staff even catered in a special way to our two children (10+12 yr olds) who absolutely loved the food and chocolate desserts. We're all hoping to return next summer, and we're enjoying the box of mixed wines we purchased for our vacation rental in Pagosa Springs. Can't wait to have another birthday in Pagosa!
