  • This smallish museum has an amazing amount of stuff to see. It's not very handicapped-friendly, and my wife has trouble getting around, so we missed part of it and spent less time than I would have liked on the rest. There's some interactive stuff -- I learned something about lead lines that I never knew -- and the boar building display was quite remarkable. It's small, and while it wasn't crowded when we visited in May, I can see where it might be crowded at more busy times of year. I'd return!
  • Neat little museum and boat repair downstairs.
  • Incredible museum detailing international and very local nautical trends of the 1800s. Also includes a wonderful 1:1 replica of the workshop of a local boat building legend. Great excuse to temporarily get out of the heat during those hot summer months. Even includes a gallery of nautical art. Even some of the local golden family, the Kennedys.
  • A really cool look into the maritime history of the mid-Cape Cod area as well as an inside peek as to the construction of the boats used. A nice slice of nautical history for the area and a place often quickly passed by...but worth a glance inside!
  • Great Museum
