  • Wish I'd read the reviews before booking! The room smelled like dogs/animals as soon as we walked in. There was enough toilet paper on the roll for one use and no extra rolls anywhere. We didn't call down for more because we checked in around 11:45 pm and didn't want to bother the guy on call again. There was what looked like tiny black dog hairs all over the bathroom. No shampoo/conditioner/shower gel or hair dryer in the room. Then, getting into bed--dog hair everywhere! All over the top blanket and some on the sheets and pillows. At that point I did a google search on the place and saw a number of people had complained about bed bugs! We did a quick check, but it was almost 1 am by this point and after a full day of traveling we were so exhausted that we weren't very thorough (and again, didn't request new blankets because it was so late). So I'm hoping to god the room was clean. We will definitely never be staying here again.
  • Terrible! My husband is working in Huntsville for a few months and chose to stay there because of the kitchen. I go stay there on the weekends with him and have noticed some bites on us both. He told the staff and they were suppose to spray. We go on vacation and come back and my husband found bed bugs EVERYWHERE. Millions of bed bugs after he told them to fix the problem. Do not stay here!! Oh and their "free breakfast" is a joke. If I could give 0 stars I would.
  • Great value. Comfortable rooms. Very convenient location to research circle. Breakfast is a little wanting.
  • Left hotel with bites all over! Checked out and got home and noticed over a dozen or more bites all over, hotel claims they have no bug problem and there were no bugs in the room. Advised maybe I was allergic to the laundry detergent. Pay the money and stay elsewhere.
  • Stayed here a couple of weeks ago, out side pretty clean, they really needs to do something with those bugs in the bed, I smashed one of them and nothing but blood came out of it, that was disgusting. For some reason the entry doors to the rooms have huge gaps, anything can crawl in.
