  • We visited the U.S. Space & Rocket Center in the afternoon and tremendously enjoyed the technical displays, rockets and especially the space inspired jewelry! There is a lot to see among the small displays and the space station presentation. The rocket ship ride was very good! We went outside and saw a retired Space Shuttle and several other upright rockets. We saw the habitat for Space Camp but did not look closely. We were at the center for about 2 1/2 hours, which was too short. I would recommend at least 4 hours and better yet a full day.
  • As a resident of Huntsville, I've been here more times than I can count. This place is great for those interested in space and engineering and for curious young kids but not much else. There's many area geared more towards kids than adults. The traveling exhibition is always interesting but a lot of other stuff feels out of date. Despite that, I still think it's an essential place is visit if you come to Huntsville.
  • Awesome place to discover the history and future of space. It is one of the best places to do this, it has some awesome attractions that are included with your ticket along with some amazing artifacts from space exploration. Also, let's not forget about space camp, space camp is definitely cool, it's now a bit outdated with the space shuttle simulators, but they're keeping up with the next generation like the new Orion Spacecraft simulator. I highly recommend this place as a must do if you're ever near Huntsville.
  • Personally gratifying and extremely educational! My whole family enjoyed this phenomenal experience. From my two and a half year old child, to my ninety-one year old grandmother, The Space and Rocket Center definitely had something that would hooks their attention and keep then wanting to learn more.
  • It's absolutely awesome as a once in a lifetime experience. But that's the only time. There's absolutely no way to justify the price unless it's your first visit ever. Pack your own lunch and save an additional $45 on your experience.
