  • Snowbasin is one of those grand resorts that is quiet and unassuming. The facilities are the best in the US with wool carpets, tapestries on the walls, glass and gold chandeliers, marble bathrooms; it really is so nice the first time I entered the new lodge I was searching for a place to check my ski boots. Food is awesome and pricey but at least it tastes amazing. I love the tomato bisque soup, Sunday brunch is awesome and the skiing is fabulous. Fast lifts and gondolas, lots of room to spread out, and world class avalanche control. Seriously one of the best resorts in the world in my opinion, quiet but all the glitz of a world class resort.
  • Very nice. Lots of open lounge areas to relax and regroup. Conference and banquets rooms available with any amenity you need for any get together. Warm inviting atmosphere, skiing is great and much less expensive than Vale owned and managed resorts.
  • Great food, great staff, great mountain! The skiing is very dynamic with all kinds of options and types of terrain. The two gondolas are great on those cold days! The food is incredible at all locations and the foodie events are always a treat. Blues brews and barbecue in the summer is a blast.
  • one if not the best ski/summer resort!!! definitely better than park city. hardly any lines definitely worth the season pass
  • The lifts and other amenities here are top notch. There is lots of open terrain. There seems to be a perpetual cloud over the mountain though. The light is very flat making the terrain hard to see. The snow is unbeatable though. Only the Cottonwood Canyons get as much snow as Snowbasin. Skip the Park City resorts and enjoy some real Utah pow.
