  • Great diversity of stores. The site intents to offer the best of them: Whole Foods, Barnes & Noble, Cost Plus World Market, Papesource, Burlington and more. The place certainly achieves success, specially with the female shoppers. You can see them getting off their cars with enthusiasm and a strong desire to shop. You struggle a little bit to find a parking spot but the place is accessible from the 405 freeway and or Beach Boulevard. Finding a restroom is not a problem.
  • It's a beautiful place, outdoor mall not enclose. It's to nice to walk around and window shot outdoors! It does have ah indoor parking structure which is really nice! You don't have to always fight for a parking space and there is lots of security patrolling the lots as well as the mall!
  • Most amazing place to eat and Shop. I selected wild caught salmon it was grilled to my desire. With sauteed vegetables. A great salad bar with more much more than salad cheeses wine a full bar. Craft beer. And eating a DJ in the middle of the day so awesome met with a friend that I had not seen for ages we had a blast
  • This shopping center is great.. it has basically everything that you will ever need there is a movie theater they have a Costco and also a Whole Foods and then there's all the other retail stores like Old Navy and HomeGoods and Bed Bath & Beyond, UPS Store, Staples.. we live by here and it's really convenient to have everything in one place.. love this shopping center
  • Many great food options. A few retail stores like World Market and Bed Bath and Beyond and Costco that you'd go to no matter where they're located. Honestly the traffic into this place from Edinger is a nightmare, and the parking lot has terrible traffic flow. I avoid this place during the holiday season, and come in the back from Center drive and park in the structure when I can. I think the nightmare could be alleviated by a second parking structure for the retail side with a dedicated pedestrian crossing, and a 4 lane central road going across the property in the north-south direction, in place of the useless gazebo/park. It would be good if they expanded the road that goes around the property in a circle. If I could approach the shipping center head-on from the south or north, then drive around the perimeter free if pedestrians, rather than having to sit at five stoplights on surtounding City streets to get close to my destination store, things would work better. I'm always nervous I'm going to get in a fender bender from drivers confused by a haphazard layout. There are still a bunch of store fronts they haven't filled since completion of construction. I shudder to think how the traffic will flow once their vacancies are filled. There is a reason that general traffic model I've proposed is used by many other shopping centers... It works. Here, you're almost forced to drive slowly around the parking lot right next to the stores, fighting with pedestrians the whole way.
