  • Great place for small kids. Weather permitting they conduct some great outdoor activities. Story time was our high light. They have a discounted admission fees for care givers.
  • I had a membership here for a couple years when my kids were little (less than 7). They loved it, and it was a great place for them to play when the weather was bad. My younger son loved the building ...  more »
  • What a great place! My 1.5 year old loved everything! Her favorite was the water table with a built in high chair. But she seriously had a blast. I would say it's really only good for kids 8 and under...  more »

  • Excellent place for children as young as infants to about 8 years old. Clearwater area is appropriate for infants through 8 years old. They have an awesome pretend kitchen area, grocery store, farming area, doctor's office, Veterinarian Clinic, ambulance, Art Studio, underwater area, construction area, Automotive area, and a pretend Airport. There is something to interest every type of child. It's an excellent place.
  • Expensive for adults who literally are there to just chase their kids.... as you have to pay the same price as your kids. But, our daughter (almost 2) LOVED it. Great place to spend a few hours.
  • There is a lot for the kids to do/ plenty of staged scenes for little ones to explore their imagination. They have a water area, so I would recommend bringing a change of cloths or have your child wear something dry fit. The facility is a bit small for the volume but all in all it is a fun place to spend a few hours. They also have a nursing area for moms who want to breast feed
  • I cannot say enough good things about Discovery Place Kids. There were activities for my 10 month old to do and my 3 year old had the time of his life. There are all sorts of things to do here. There is a giant water table with toys, there's even a section with high chairs you can place your little ones in, so they can play safely. There's an awesome train table that my son loves. There's a live sized car that the kids can pretend to be a mechanic on, changing tires, filling fluids, etc. There's a boat and firetruck inside that they can play on. There's a grocery store, a stage with a backstage the kids can play dress up in. They have a giant 2-story playground. There's a play airplane where kids can load and unload luggage. There are giant Lego type blocks, a pinewood derby type area, build your own rollercoaster, arts and crafts and so much more! My son spent about an hour and a half just loading and unloading bricks on this amazing conveyor set up they have. It's totally worth the $10/person. I only wish it were closer. We'd buy a year pass and be there every week.
  • Lots of fun learning activists. Would recommend numbering wrist bands and placing one on children well. Then checking them as they leave to prevent kidnapping.
