  • The chalet we rented was awesome. Zip lining was nuts. Restaurants were fantastic. We're going back with friends.  more »

  • Went snowboarding here. It wasn't crowded when I went. Great mountain with a variety of trails for different skill levels. There's an easy hill for beginners that is wide and not steep. Friendly and helpful staff. A decent amount of food choices that are standard fare for commercial mountains, so nothing spectacular taste-wise. There are no lights on the trails, so they close earlier than other places. Didn't have a card scan system for the lifts. They still had zip ties and stickers for lift passes. Get there in the morning if you want to have a long and fun day of snow activities. Overall great experience.
  • Great for beginners and the facilities are adequate however I can see in 10 years time some upgrades will be needed (facade uplift). Also has tubing and zip lining for younger visitors. The staff here are always chill and friendly. Two snow shops below have a range of equipment in case you ever need replacement jacket or socks. Food hall has plenty of seating and offers a great view of the slopes. Best time to hot the slopes and avoid the crowds are early in the morning. Have fun!
  • Skied here many times over the years on day-trips up from NYC. Weekends are often very busy almost regardless of whether conditions are good or not. Hunter does offer probably the best terrain within day-trip distance of NYC. I also really like the summit lodge, such a cools building, and very good food.
  • This is a review for the Hotel, not the ski lodge. The place is nice enough, but they are trying to sell time shares every time you turn around. They also have little warnings on all the items in the room that they will dock you $xxx if you steal it. Seriously? The balconies are nice and private.
  • We had a GREAT TIME! They treated us TOP SHELF! Can't wait till next year...
