  • This is a beautiful park with nice pond views and a great kids' playground. Landscaping is well kept and there are plenty of walking paths. They're are also little spots where you can relax without much interruption. It's a fun place to go for a walk, take your kids or dog, or ride a bike.

  • Benson's Park is great little secret, and it's absolutely free. There are lots of walking trails, both paved and dirt that wind through wooded areas and sweeping lawns, and past several ponds and marshes. Historic buildings abound from when it served as a wild animal park. There are picnic benches, a children's playground, a fenced dog park, sheltered areas that can be reserved with the town for large outdoor gatherings, and more.
  • Beautiful old Bensons, now has a do park, the cages are still there from the gorillas. My kids love the small creek 2 go craw fishing, ypu can fish in the small pond, there are trails, its a place 2 o! Ohh and for ur little ones a AWESOME NEW PLAYGROUND!
  • I stumbled upon this treasure while my son was taking his SAT exams close by, I attended Benson's Animal Farm with my family while I was a small child and was so delighted to find it was changed into a walking park with an attached large dog park. As I walked through I found myself filled with memories I thought were long lost. The 9-11 Memorial is something to be seen and experienced. Has to be the best one I have seen yet. I uploaded photo's but there is nothing like walking along that path and reading each stone, while taking a moment to remember and experience. I love this park and return often with my family and my camera.
