  • Many shopping mall located in this area has been designed with the same concept. A large main building and smaller size around many buildings. So in luxury brands, but we have a lot of local brands, local brands like GAP, victoria's secret, abercrombie sample American brands. Too many European brands not available at this Center.

  • This was quiet a nice mall just a little crowed but over all it was great, the stores were neat and clean the sales person very nice greeted me as I was making a purchase and also thanked we as I left...  read more »
  • Ok, average mall. Good selection of shops and amenities. Good selection of places to eat in the food court also.
  • There are some great stores at this mall like the Apple Store, H&M, and plenty of shoe stores. But it's a mall that definitely needs progress, too many smaller stores go out of business all around the mall which makes it look bad. Makeup and soap kiosks are a bit too aggressive to harass people walking around the mall. The CLOSING ALARM is annoying, consider using a calming chime/bells. More diversity at the food court, they don't need 3 Chinese food stores, and 3 sandwich place, some of them literally serve the same food but call it by a different name... Safety has improved with the mall, it's very fortunate that HPD opened an office 3mins away. If the mall is trying to reinvigorate itself so I'll give it 3 ⭐️⭐️⭐️ for now!
  • I really like Willowbrook Mall. They have great go-to stores like H & M, Sephora, Michael Kors and Nordstrom Rack. The Macy's often stays open to 10 pm. A basic food court but lots to eat around the mall. There is a Los Cucos & sports bar attached.
  • Willowbrook Mall is very nice. They have such nice stores. The Sears is nice and the Disney Store in my opinion is the main highlight of the mall. I love the Chik-Fil-A here. True you have some ghetto people that come here but it is mostly decent people that shop here. I recommend this mall very much.
  • This mall used to be a lot nicer and less ghetto, but within the last 10 years or so the crowd that starts coming here are what is called the "Walmart people." People come here with screaming kids that run around everywhere. Many teenagers and other young people who go there look unkempt, gangster-like, and/or very emo-looking. What's funny is their parents/guardians don't look much better either. People even go in with their dogs, even though animals are not allowed unless they're service animals. I've seen people with too much clothes on, too little clothes on, and everything in-betwen. Most people are rude and inconsiderate, throwing clothes and other items on the floor and all over the place while shopping, with zero consideration for the workers who work hard organizing everything. I kid you not but I've even witnessed people urinating and defecating onto the clothes and leaving them in the fitting rooms. So disgusting! I feel sorry for workers in these stores. As for the shops, the mall does have a lot of variety, including an Apple store, but many of the low-lifes that go here will make you not want to visit a second time.
  • One of the best malls in the area. Currently under renovation but is well organized. The place is busy because they have a good selection of stores. I wish they had more electronic-oriented stores like they used to have when Brookstone and Radio Shack were there. Friendly people and nice environment to shop.
