  • We went to spend a couple of hours inside from the Houston summer heat and were surprised at the fine setting with plenty to do. Looks like a traditional beer hall, lots of tables for dining/picnicing...  more »
  • This was our 2nd of 3 Microbreweries we went to in 1 day. It was an informative free tour and afterwards we had lunch with our beers. They make the brats in house, and very well also. I had The Wurst ...  more »
  • We had an X-Wing night and man the food was awesome. There are many options on drinks although I'm not a drinker.  more »

  • What a great way to spend the afternoon! $10 on a Saturday gets you a tour and 4 generous beer samples. The long picnic tables are great for meeting new people and playing games. You can bring your own food or purchase from their kitchen. It's fun for families and people of all age. We will definitely go back!
  • It was all right, it is like a bar though. You will pay 5$ for a pint and if you want the ale it is 8$ and put into a dinky glass. Honestly there is no reason why they can't hook it up better except their need to profit. The crowd was like your typical Austinish-heights artsy/bicycle rider type yuppies. They were ok I guess. I really expected a deal for buying beer at the brewery but not really. Try No Label brewery in Katy. If you buy their pint glass they hook it up.
  • I enjoy going to Saint Arnold's to kill time before an Astros game. I love to try the seasonal beers and the food adds to the enjoyment of the laid back atmosphere. I recommend the lunch specials they have from 11-2, good food and all you can drink "responsibly" in three hours for one price. The tour is pretty interesting as well, or you could just relax and drink drink beer.
  • Great place and ever better beer. If you want to visit a great brewery and enjoy some craft beer I would recommend you visit this place. Great atmosphere and people.
  • I'm writing this 5 star review because I got a slinky batch of Art Car lPA. It's usually perfect and this flawed batch reminds me that st. Arnold is a craft brew and can be forgiven for an occasional variance in quality. Love this place!

Where to stay in Houston

If you come to Houston to splurge while on holiday, book a luxurious room at a downtown hotel. This area is an ideal base for getting to know Houston, offering you a chance to stay within walking distance of one of the country's largest theater districts. Houston bills itself as the "Energy Capital of the World," so it's no surprise that it houses many "green" hotels, their garages designed to cater to electric vehicle owners. For something completely different, enjoy a Texas country experience at a working ranch outside the city limits.
