  • Came to watch the 49er's. The stadium is amazing but the parking is limited to those who have parking passes. You will find parking on the nearby outskirts for cheap - I recommend that. The stadium is...  more »
  • Great flow in and out of parking to stadium. The stadium was beautiful both inside and out. The staff was welcoming at every entrance. The view was amazing from the upper deck. Was the first ever ring...  more »
  • The best of the stadium is that it is covered! You can enjoy the event without the inclement weather. The food is a little expensive, but it is good quality! If you're going to buy something, you should arrive early because the rows are very slow went to a party of the texan vs steelers. Everything is very tidy and clean.

  • First time in NRG was on Christmas day 2017. The roof was closed and the temperature was perfect. Our 5th row end zone seats were great, however I was not enamored with the end zone fan games held throughout the game. Gave it a circus/game show atmosphere. Not what I'm longing for at an NFL game. The woman seated directly behind me was extremely loud and obnoxious! Thankfully we were able to move several seats away. She then used my vacated seat back as a drum!! The food was OK and seats were comfortable.
  • I have been visiting the stadium since it was Reliant. It's clean, modern, and the staff is friendly. One of the most important factors is the clean restrooms. I have visited over 100 times as a season ticket holder and not once have I experienced a filthy restroom. The food could be better but it beats anything at the Toyota Center. Plus, parking is plentiful.
  • It’s big, it’s Texan, and it’s football. Getting to the stadium was easy, ample parking and lots of signs. Obviously it requires cash to park, but that’s something to expect in this world. Beers are at minimum 8 bucks, so be sure you really really want it. Food choices range from classic stadium food: hot dogs, nachos, pretzels, to Papa Johns pizza. I would say it’s a good place for children, but be aware that fellow patrons may be more... exuberant in their actions and words. But hey... football...
  • Not a bad place at all! The retractable roof and the building in general are sweet. The rodeo is good and the food prices here are really damn reasonable. Where I reside most the time it's $17 for a beer and if you want some nachos you're looking at about $20! Needless to say I eat and drink before I come to any event. At NRG Stadium prices are great definitely patronize this place
  • It is well organized, made it easier for us to get inside. Everything is overpriced, but that's at every venue. Friendly staff, no problems of any kind. Beautiful stadium!

Where to stay in Houston

If you come to Houston to splurge while on holiday, book a luxurious room at a downtown hotel. This area is an ideal base for getting to know Houston, offering you a chance to stay within walking distance of one of the country's largest theater districts. Houston bills itself as the "Energy Capital of the World," so it's no surprise that it houses many "green" hotels, their garages designed to cater to electric vehicle owners. For something completely different, enjoy a Texas country experience at a working ranch outside the city limits.
