  • We had a lot of fun here. If you decide to buy a package that includes t-shirt, ask them first to see if they have your size on the design you want. Pretty much everything we liked were sold out. We are talking about 3 different people, three different sizes and design choice. 🤔
  • This is a complicated one to review. Here are the reasons. Pros are that the environment is very clean and hygienic. The staff is friendly and helpful. The prices are very reasonable too. Here is the negative. They have snacks but the snacks are cold and the pizza there is maybe a 1.5/5. I kmow this is not a pizza place but get pizzas from Costco is you need to, they taste better and keep the burner on if you have pizzas in there. No point selling cold pizza. Second concern I have is the track staff. If you will be giving us instructions about following signs and telling us that if we don't listen, you will turn the vehicles off or take us off the track, them implement it too. Multiple times they would tell someone to move over but nothing would come of it and they would let it be. Also, I was rammed into a wall multiple times and no warning or anything was given to the individual who pushed me into the wall. Also, a couple of staff members don't seem to passionate about it. The guy with the glasses and curly hair who tells you about the cars is very helpful and he is very good at answering any questions and addressing concerns. Register staff is very helpful and finds creative ways to get us the best bang for our buck. I would definitely go here again ( have been here 4 times already) but I would strongly advise management to check up on the food and maybe discuss strategies on how to improve the track experience of the people who come there.
  • Well run place. Staff are great, Friday, helpful. Track is good and safe yet provides plenty of excitement. It's not as busy as I would expect. I've brought my 11yr old and his friends several times and they all love it.
  • Discriminating, unsatisfactory service, and unprofessional. Seems as though you gotta be white to get your concerns met. They purposely slow people down to let their regular guy Tom Richardson be their top 1st place EACH time. They give him special treatment and let him race every race, as well as move to the very front of the track before the race starts. He bumped into someone and the guys who control the carts purposely slow the hit driver, and let Tom pass. How the hell is that even fair? After voicing our concern, the staff just shrug it off. They are unprofessional and how they handle issues are extremely ridiculous! Guess you gotta be white and Tom Richardson to get special treatment I guess!
  • You really can’t enjoy yourself because the race staff stop you every minute cause someone touches the wall or hits the break too hard. They pick and choose who can go fast or slow based off of whatever they feel like justfies their decision. They ruin the fun with all the rules and stop and go and stop and go. You might as well go one at a time because if you get close to each other they stop you. Waste of money. No fun. What’s the point of having fast carts if you can’t go fast. Go elsewhere. This place is a rip off.

Where to stay in Houston

If you come to Houston to splurge while on holiday, book a luxurious room at a downtown hotel. This area is an ideal base for getting to know Houston, offering you a chance to stay within walking distance of one of the country's largest theater districts. Houston bills itself as the "Energy Capital of the World," so it's no surprise that it houses many "green" hotels, their garages designed to cater to electric vehicle owners. For something completely different, enjoy a Texas country experience at a working ranch outside the city limits.
