  • There isn't much to do, and I was expecting more haunted houses. Also, the staff at one of the food vendors was extremely rude. I wanted a refund when I saw what my order of nachos looked like. They g...  more »

  • The children really enjoyed the entire day at Magic Springs and they didn't want to leave. They got the opportunity to ride every ride and to experience everything the Water Park have to offer. The lines moved in a timely manner, the food was o. k., the staff was amazing, but what was the most important thing of the day at the park were the guests. People were beautifully in compliance with the rules and the overall peaceful atmosphere made it a wonderful outing.
  • God bless Patrick and his security staff. My wallet was actually stolen while visiting the park as soon as my kids and I arrived. Please don't let that turn you off from visiting. It was my own fault and I had too much faith in humanity. Please keep your belonging close to you or get a locker. Luckily I had my debit card on me and the whoever stole my wallet didn't get any cash and dumped it. My wallet was returned to the front and Patrick was so incredibly nice and I will be back. The water attraction was perfect for my kids which are 12,10, and 1 years of age. It was not crowded and beside a minor setback we had a great time. Food is expensive, but other than that my family had a blast!! I cannot stress enough please if you visit get a LOCKER!!! 😊😊
  • Not enough tubes to go around... life jackets and tubes you have to rent... only 6 adult rides... water slides operated by kids are real real slow at doing there job..not enough places to eat..The wave pool waves are so small i can make bigger waves in my bath tub. The kids are either to tall or to small for the rides.. nothing in between.. its to expensive for the little bit they have.
  • The rides are fun, especially the X Coaster. Have attractions denoted by age-appropriateness on their park map, which I found helpful. They seem to mostly employ teenagers and young people, most of which did just fine, but sometimes were inefficient and unmotivated. Didn't buy any food in the park, so can't comment on quality or pricing. We went on a special event day with discounted pricing and they allowed outside food in the park that day. About the tubes..... you don't have to rent a tube, it's just better if you do. The rental tubes are yellow, cost $5 for the whole day, and can be used on any ride. The Lazy River ride has orange tubes in it that must stay in the Lazy River. You get one time around on the free orange tube, then you have to give it up for another rider. You can go around as many times as you want in a rented yelled tube, or without a tube. They don't make you get out, as one other reviewer said, just give up your free orange tube. Likewise, they have free green tubes that are just for the water slides only. You wait at the end of the water slides to get a free green tube, then go upstairs to the slides. Or you can just take a yellow tube up the stairs straightaway. Another reviewer said there aren't enough tubes to go around. That's true of the green and orange; they should have more. But then they wouldn't make $$ renting the yellow tubes.
  • As good as the big named water and amusement parks but no long waits for anything. Everything runs smoothly and the whole family had a blast. Staff is courteous and helpful. We'll definitely be back next year!!!
