  • This hike is long but there is a short cut for those with children. Wanted to see the waterfall but due to dry weather it was a trickle however the pool of water at the base of the fall was cold and i...  more »

  • The cabins are great! They are equipped with everything you need. Much better then a hotel room. Each cabin has their own dock & there are plenty of great hiking trails in the park. Screened in porch, cable TV, fireplace. A great getaway!
  • It was a very relaxing trip for us. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The grounds were very well maintained. The cabin was very clean upon our arrival.
  • Beautiful place. They have the cheapest boat rentals in the Hot Springs area. Staff is very friendly. The park is always clean.
  • My girlfriend and I camped here for a few days and just loved the place. Our site was right on the lake with a beautiful view. The bathrooms were clean and stock with TP and paper towels. Warning-Keep your cooler in your vehicle or camper at night. The raccoons are brutal here and will eat and steal every scrap of food that is not locked up. We were hit hard and our neighbors lost about $200 in meat. They have canoe and boats rentals as well. Great place to camp.
  • Great hiking trails. Some reviews did mention a power plant. I did find that unfortunate although you can't see it but towards the end of the trails. It would be rather distracting if you had a cabin or camp site facing the plant. For me, it wasn't a big deal as I was there to hike. Right now, at the beginning of Aug, the waterfall is more like a trickle. Don't expect a grand display at this time of year. Note that you will not likely have cell signal. Make plans and decide on meeting points ahead of time if you're meeting up with people there.
