  • Alyssa and Gary were awesome! Very friendly environment with staff that strike a fine balance between professionalism and friendly-down-to-earth fun. Alyssa was very knowledgeable and felt like a life long friend by the end of the tour. Well worth the money. great for all ages!
  • Friendly, helpful staff made great effort to get everyone in to a cave tour, zip line or rappelling adventure before their closing time. I really liked how a lot of the information during the cave tour pointed out the dangers of littering to the cave environment and to the ecosystems that live there. The history of the area was very interesting and the grounds were quite beautiful. Riding an elevator into the sinkhole was quite a dramatic beginning! My oldest daughter, 12 years, loved her first zip line experience, too. We were a little disappointed that we had to stop the tour 2 times as they added more guests. Each time our poor guide patiently waited then tried to recap all the info that the new group had missed. At times it felt a little unorganized and our youngest became very impatient. The descent into the cave was a bit challenging with so many steep steps and leaving, following the same path we'd entered on was quite physically strenuous and breathtaking (and I'm in pretty good shape). I only mention this to caution anyone who may find this to be a deterrent. Regardless, I feel that this was a great experience and would definitely recommend it.
  • Hidden River Cave was our first stop heading to Mammoth Cave. We had just pulled over to stretch our legs, as we were heading to our hotel for the night. We arrived just before the last tour of the day. Gary was our tour guide, and he was absolutely wonderful. He thouroughly explained the history of the cave, while making our adventure so much fun for the kids. He went out of his way to make our first cave experience a memorable one. We couldn't ask for a better experience. While we went on to do another cave tour, and also see mammoth cave, Hidden River Cave really stands out as one of the best times. Thank you, Gary.
  • We had an amazing tour. The guide was knowledgeable about this cave and caves in general. I love that they are enthusiastic about the cave and it's future!
  • Amazing tour and the staff was the best. They were smart and cautions with the people. Best place for cave tours
