  • I throughly enjoyed my visit here, but I think charging $50 a year for “privilege” of bringing a dog for 12 hours a week (even fewer hours allowed in the winter!) is ridiculous. Restricting people from bringing their dogs to a park that has a great deal of woodsy paths is unnecessary.
  • Beautiful place to do photos. Lovely smelling flowers. A good little stroll on a trail around the lake.
  • I love Aldridge Gardens. I appreciate the city of Hoover allowing us to enjoy this almost heavenly place. Unbelievably on Saturday I saw a group of Hispanic women and children writing or carving into the trunks of trees! The children were all excited asking ,"When's my turn?" Repeatedly. I can't believe how ignorant some people are.
  • The Aldridge Gardens is a great little spot to visit. I came in for a business trip and had an afternoon to myself. I was looking for something affordable and enjoyable to do and I stumbled upon the gardens. I spent an hour or so (I got there at five and they close at six) enjoying walking the trails. There are plenty of wildlife to spot and hydrangeas to marvel at. If you like walking/hiking in woodsy areas, this is a great spot to visit!
  • Beautiful azaleas! Great for pictures and picnics
