This place is fantastic for exploring the history of America’s automotive and aviation history. There is 2 hangars full of old planes and cars, mostly all of them run or fly. Amazing experience, worth every penny to see these amazing cars and planes. There are also many volunteers that would be happy to tell you about any history you’re interested in.

This place has a barn find everything and the kitchen sink sort of approach, but for the most part it works well. Besides vintage airplanes mostly from the 1920s to the 1940s there is a good amount of cars from the early 1900s to the 1970s, there is also a fair amount of related memorabilia and general old curiosities. A large majority of the exhibits are in working order and are flown and driven regularly. Took a good couple of hrs walking around and seeing most everything. If I had one or two criticisms it would be that a lack of relevant information for each exhibit, many had plaques with name and date, but very few had any extra info about the cars or planes. The ones that did greatly benefited from it. The other is the nature of the building, it's extremely dimly lit, many times I wished there was better lighting trying to see details or take a picture. Other than that I enjoyed my 2 or 3 hrs I spent there and would like to come back when they're doing rides in airplanes and the cars.
