  • Stopped in today (4/9/17) for lunch after a long scooter ride. Wasn't sure what to expect...VERY pleasantly surprised. Outstanding burger the BEST bacon I have EVER had .. I even asked what kind it was ....I only remember that it's local to Hood River. I have never had a hard lemon cider... I gotta know where to get that...(and the bacon!). We will definitely make this a regular place to visit...coming from the Portland metro area. Double thumbs up!
  • One of my favorite locations on the fruit loop. Beer and cider tastings at reasonable prices. Lot of other fruit related products to choose from like salad dressing and jellies. Outstanding view and friendly staff.
  • I love The Gorge White House! I take all my visitors here because everything is just on point. The ciders and wine are all delicious! My favorite cider is the cherry, and my favorite wine is the heritage pear blueberry. On a clear day you can enjoy the views of Mt. Hood from the patio or sitting on the porch. There is plenty of seating both inside and outside to enjoy the place during any weather. They also sell these amazing gluten free snacks called Chedz that come in a variety of flavors. They have a flower field where you can pick your own flowers and a little food card that sells some delicious pizza, burgers, and sandwiches.
  • Blueberry cider is the bees knees. Views are incredible. Staff engaging and friendly. Cherry/bacon and blueberry/sausage flatbread is outstanding! Love this place!
  • What a beautiful house and setting. The blueberry cider was delicious and so were the hamburgers we ordered. Will definitely be going back next time we are in Hood River!
