  • These trips are customized perfectly to your needs. I had a fear of horses when we arrived, but with Lisa's help at Hood River Equestrian Horse Riding, I found a new love for horseback riding. Margo from Double Mountain Horse Ranch and Lisa brought us on a trail through a stream and to a waterfall for a quaint lunch. Margo took pictures and videos for us, and took my husband on a faster ride for an even more memorable experience. We couldn't have enjoyed it more!
  • I'm frugal, so I was reluctant to do this at first, but we took the 90-minute orchard ride with my 12yo and 8yo daughters. Rode Dancer, Blaze, and Reesa. Had a great time, got to trot a lot, particularly on the return trip. I've done a couple rides with my 12yo, but this is the first one that actually felt like a "trail ride." Great views and it really felt like an adventure. We were all exhausted when we finished.
  • This place is great. Margo, who was our guide, is friendly and professional. My husband and I had a blast taking the fruit loop trail. Thanks for the good time!
  • As a former farm kid that grew up riding, I expected this to be a touristy thing my wife would love and I would endure. Man, was I wrong. Margo welcomed us with open arms, gave us amazing horses and took us on the best ride I've ever been on. Through orchards and vineyards to a vineyard a friend of her's owns. We were treated like family and made amazing friends we'll keep for life. I can't recommend this place enough.
  • The most amazing horseback riding experience I've ever had. Riding through beautiful old forests, scenic views of the Colombia river; unmissable for a horse lover. Margo the owner was a wonderful and informative guide, and very accommodating to my last minute booking.
