  • Well I did enter the address in the rental car, made in Japan consulate prior to check in to the eleven. Eventually went to the West Road on the north side of the Consulate, was next. With free parking. From there walking down (South), go in. See small waterfalls and bridges across creeks and little walk across, the rest and so can be used per meal and children's playground. Small gardens but also here that Hawaii or as quiet. The sound of the car sound a bit too much South. Food can be purchased at seven-eleven.

  • The description needs to be clearer. No roads are shown leading to the gardens. Instead, we see the star directly on Nu'uanu stream. Are people expected to walk on water?
  • Very relaxing, beautiful place with Nu'uanu Stream flowing through it.
  • Nice city park with a waterfall, nothing resembling a botanical garden beyond "Loulu" sign in front of some big island imports. The Foster Botanical Garden is right around the corner, 180 n vineyard blv. There is a decent sidewalk, a few benches & a bridge over the creek. Fantastic cabbie hang out. There are two bathrooms, both boarded up. The city needs to put up surveillance cameras & hammer these cabbies tossing water bottles everywhere...
  • Literally nothing to see. Don't waste your time
  • TERRIBLE PLACE!!!! Not kept up. Homeless person washing clothes in the stream. Dirty, smelly and when we left after 10 minutes we saw a sign at the entrance warning people not to come in contact with any of the water for fear of infections!! DO NOT believe any good reviews!
