  • We knew the brand from a previous visit in Maui and big Iceland. On the site stands, the business now found in the Ala Moana Shopping Center. We drove there and were shocked. The store is located in the lower levels on the outside. The goods have been "pressed" in the store. It's all very tight! What's missing is the friendly Begrüßung-two employees in the store were lazy mouth. Formerly every customer of a shell has gotten Lei - also no longer there! The quality of the goods has previously withdrawn and you got also extraordinary things. Now you might think, one stands in an ABC store - very sad, what happened to this brand.

  • Horrible ..Free shuttle is trap to get you to shop where you r accosted with high pressure sales person trying to sell jewlery.
  • Hilo Hattie's has a free shuttle that will pick you up around the city and take you to Hilo Hattie's. You can get on where you want and get off where you want. only thing is that you are dropped off a...  more »

  • It is definitely a tourist stop and some of the prices seem high, but all the clothes are actually made in Hawaii, the staff are all friendly and helpful, and there was even a booth for Hawaiian crafts and free hula lessons. Some people call the clothes tacky, but when I visit the islands for a family gathering all my local relatives wear those shirts for formal events. I also don't mind paying paying more for something that's made in the USA, rather than getting something that's made cheaply overseas. All the negative reviews complain about price, but make no mention of service. I found quite a few good deals and had a great shopping experience... They also have really clean bathrooms which is always a plus. I don't get to do tourist stuff very often when I visit, but it's still fun when I get the chance. I definitely recommend this shop for people doing the tourist thing, even if you don't buy anything more than a candy bar.
  • Nice place to get some souvenirs for your family back home but a little overpriced. You are greeted with a seashell lei when you arrive and there are refreshments indoors, iced cold water and juice which is nice on a hot, humid, Hawaiin day. Lots of photo ops on the volcano, the world's largest Hawaiin shirt and statues. There's a band playing inside and you can look through the glass wall as they teach hula lessons and they have a snack bar.
  • Fun to go see and the culture activities are fun to do but activities are only at very few times and it is not cheap.
  • A complete visit includes hilo hatties go here first and you get coupons too Aquarium and maui diver's and free wallet with $25 purchase learn how to ride Thier free shuttles
  • Very kind and friendly service, good discounts
