Come and meet the namesake of Robert Is Here Fruit Stand--the grown-up version of the young boy who started this roadside fruit stand at only six years old. The fresh produce stand has grown with the man, from just selling cucumbers to a one-stop shop for all your fruit and veggie needs. You'll find the typical flavors of oranges and mangoes complemented by exotic tropical fruits you've probably never heard of, such as canistel and jackfruit. Be sure to try a fresh fruit milkshake (a favorite is key lime) or take home some jam and preserves. For travelers who use our custom trip planner, Homestead holidays become easier to arrange, with trips to the Robert Is Here Fruit Stand and other attractions mapped out and timetabled.

  • It's a really big fruit stand that sells overpriced milkshakes. That's about all I can tell you. They have all the things you expect a fruit stand to have.  more »
  • Its a wonderful store with all sorts of tropical fruits. The smoothies are awesome. We tried mango, keylime and strawberry banana. Mango was the best. We also bought some fresh fruit. Loved it  more »
  • We stopped here as it was near our hotel. It was also suggested to us as a "must see". First, the place was jammed packed. Parking is very limited. We thought since it was so crowded, it must be out o...  more »

  • This place makes real smoothies. If you're from Miami you know how smoothies, milkshakes aka batidos are the thing. Here they make them with fresh fruit and they're to die for. I normally don't like banana flavor or papaya, but the papaya banana smoothie intrigued me, so what's what I chose. It looked weird and had a weird taste, but I couldn't get enough. It was so good. Tasted so real. The honey sampling bar lets you experience so many amazing flavors of honey. My wife said that the wild Blossom flavor was her favorite. It was literally my least favorite. I recommend the Key Lime honey. That's wonderful.
  • Great Milkshakes! Worth the wait! When I've gone there was a line to order but definitely worth the small amount of time to wait. The fruits where very fresh and tasteful. Love the little area in the rear with the animals.
  • I am so glad we came across this place. It's hard to miss. we walked in and saw mountains of fresh fruit. The owner Robert was kind enough to cut the fruit in front of us. It was beyond excellent. We walked to the back and were in complete shock. He has a Noah's Ark, piglets, lamas, chickens, geese and many more animals all together in one big pen. This place is perfect for kids.
  • Farmers Market! Has family friendly atmosphere. Farm animals you can pet and feed (cows, goats, chickens, sheep, turtles, etc) . They also have the best smoothies, juice in town. I love it.
  • Beautiful display of fruit and veggies. Wide variety of preserved items. Entertaining farm area. Great fruit smoothies. Items of interest were a bit too pricey.
