  • Whenever we visit the lowland areas we always manage to play there. I am considering a townhouse there.
  • we were recommended to play here by Danny Till Front Office Supervisor at the Marriott in Charleston who is a member, the course was in good condition , suitably challenging , good facilities and help...  more »
  • Everyone at the pro shop was friendly and informative. The starter/ranger helped find our golf balls when passing us on the course. The driving range is excellent and I loved the course layout. Beauti...  more »
  • Played here yesterday and the course was in horrible shape. Tee boxes were terrible, fairways weren't mowed. The greens were patchy and hard as a rock. You would think for $80 that you would be playing a great course but that's definitely not the case here. I was a single and I was placed behind 3 foursomes and was not allowed to play through. The ranger came around 3 times so I figured he would make the groups let me play through but he did not. I have played municipal courses in better shape than here for $60 cheaper. Would not play here again ever
  • Played this course a couple times. Decent enough but too expensive for the experience. They can get away with it because there are so few decent options in Charleston below the blue blood prices at Kaiwah. Most recent experience trying to make a tee time was horrible. Guy rushed me off the phone and hung up on me before I had even finished talking. I moved out of the charleston area, but still occasionally come back. I have marked Stono off my list of courses to play.
  • Traveling golfer looking for a place to play and didn't want to spend the big bucks at Kiawah. Found The Links at Stono Ferry and enjoyed the experience thoroughly. Very friendly staff, course conditions were fantastic and the course was quite challenging. A little tight off the tee in a few spots but a very fair golf course. The holes along the intracoastal waterway were beautiful. The value exceeded what I paid and I definitely will be back the next time I am in Charleston.
  • Very nice course , good staff and the greens are great on most holes . Would like to see better care taken of the fairway mowing and some of the tee boxes were in shabby condition (#7, #11). Too pricey for the overall experience but still a nice course to play when in the Charleston area .
  • Beautiful course that navigates along the coastal waterway. It's beautiful and very maintained
