  • Visited the Anne Kolb Nature Center specifically to take the boat ride. We were not disappointed! We were a group of 12 and Capt. Al gave us a wonderful and informative tour! Very reasonable at $5.00 ...  more »
  • The center is part of West Lake Park, just east of the beach and the intracoastal waterway off Sheridan street. It's a small piece of what the city used to look like with a variety of wildlife, includ...  more »
  • Very well maintained Park and part of the tours is free. Worth it for a quick tour and see some of the fauna and flora of the region.

  • Very beautiful place. You feel like you're lost in the mangroves (walking on the boardwalk path between the mangroves toward the waters was wonderful!). But...it's one of those places that if you weren't told about it...you would never know it was there! They have art shows that change monthly and even have a room that can be rented so you can have a catered affair there. It is definitely worth a visit. I'm going back, with my kayak, to explore it from the waterside.
  • It like walking thru a fairytale but with the rate R sign added. Very natural, rugged, wet, marshy, landscape that makes you feel like your out in tje woods and not some mademade park.
  • For years I've been Photographing this great place and posting the on my Facebook for others to enjoy, today for the first time i took the boat tour and it was very informative and beautiful to see. I recommend that you come and enjoy it too.
  • A lovely time just wandering the boardwalks.
  • Beautiful sites and scenery. The Ann Kolb Natire Center is a good place to go to read a book or have a picnic
