  • This was a bit on the pricey side but very nice and you're supporting a great organization that educates a bunch of school kids every year.  more »
  • Went with my 5 year old daughter who loves animals. They have a lot of New England animals here! (Owls, hawks, bald eagle, vultures, coyote, bears, river otters, deer, bob cat, fox, plus turtles, fish...  more »

  • This place is really awesome. There are great guided walking trails that are stroller accessible. The wild animals are interesting and the staff is always friendly and helpful. It is pretty darn expensive though, so if you plan on going more than once in a summer is worth your time and money to sign up for a membership. The one draw back if you go with little kids is, if your little one has a meltdown or gets tired, there is no shortcut back to the entrance/exit. It's only a loop.
  • Very nice, very well done presentation. A good way to learn. Some of the interactive exhibits were not functioning. It may have been due to offseason. Not sure.
  • This place was like a hiking trail with huts to stop and see animals along the was. The animals are all native to New England. Staff was very nice and my two young girls had a blast looking at the animals and doing all the interactive things they had.
  • Great place for kids; lots of animals and exhibits to keep them interested. The staff are helpful and love explaining things to the kids.
  • Just came back from a five-day vacation in New Hampshire and Squam Lakes was definitely the highlight of our trip! Informative displays, very friendly and knowledgeable staff and a wide variety of wildlife made for a great time. I'm an avid nature photographer and was able to get some amazing photos here. A ton of fun for the entire family and highly recommended!
