This casino is a great size with all the state of the art slot machines. They have table games and some of them are low limit which is ideal for first-time players. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Enjoyed the casino and the atmosphere. We had a great evening. Staff always willing to help and very polite
Love the Akwesasne Casino. Its has a fun comfortable atmosphere. They update their machines frequently. .
I went there to stay for the first time. I had never been to a Casino before. It was a great experience for me as someone new. I played the slots as well as the tables. I have found a few games that have sparked my interest. I look forward to coming back for another stay. I also ate at one of the restaurants onside the hotel and the food was fantastic. Our room was great as well. We had a King Superior Suite, which was perfect for us. We enjoyed our stay and will be back very soon.
I went there for diner at the buffet. It was good, service was excellent and price decent. Overall 8/10 for buffet. Would recommend.
I did not spend the night, however I do always enjoy going to the casino. The games are different from the ones I've got in area. It's the first time I did actually eat at the casino as well. Not much choice in food, but still pretty good.
The rooms were clean and comfortable. The room decor was very nicely done. Bathroom clean and great walk in shower. Had kurig but only have decaf would have liked regular coffee but wasn't a deal breaker. Resturant was nice great choices for the budget. Service staff very friendly.
The good: Slot pay decent; move around some pay better than others, good at giving away free offers they seem to come more often if you use your memebers card, great buffet with some traditional native dishes, great free self serve drink selection, cool building design on the inside, run by first nations. The bad: Canadian money not taken at tables, higher table minimums on weekends, expensive hotel during weekends. All in all the best casino near Ottawa, if you want just slots try OLG on Albion rd. Lac Leamy casino in Gatineau is terrible, expertly designed to make you loose and watch for the local police if you go there there are speeding cams and police hiding around desperate to give you a traffic ticket to add to your casino loses. Must be run by the mafia.
