  • I have two opinions of the Sears Centre. My company hosts events here, and the staff is always very helpful and accommodating. Our attendees have a wonderful time. As a guest for a show, it's a little different. I understand all venues overcharge for food and drink, but a small pizza slice for $9 and an aluminum bottle of Miller Lite for $9? Wow! I live across the street so I just wait to go home to eat and drink. Way steep. Overall, it is a convenient place for the suburbs, but pricey.
  • Holy crap turn around!!!!! Toilet lines almost as long as beer line. Ridiculous! Spent half the time in line waiting to be raped with high prices. VIP seats are obstructed by speakers and the schwag bag that was supposed to come with the vip tickets is no being produced. Megadeth still rocked but see them somewhere else.
  • I went to the Windy City Bulls event, was my first time there at the Sears Centre. Nice place, I'm excited to go there more once the Windy City Bulls start. Then I was there for a high school graduation, which was very nice. Good spot to have it, plenty of room and indoors.
  • We were here for a concert. The management was horrible. Even though tickets were booked online, we had to be in long queue for 2 hours. Tickets were assigned manually and everyonr had to wait in rain.
  • If you get caught waiting in line outside to enter the arena, you're very exposed to the elements. Also, the hallways are crammed when everyone is leaving a concert at the same time and traffic bottlenecks like crazy. The arena itself is nice and big. Getting in, around, and out is no picnic.
