  • Enjoying time to myself. Foe myself . By myself . Even if the machines dont hit and i lose ally money
  • The staff are polite, but idiots. "Have you played with us before?" They often asked. "No. It's my first time at a casino." Would be my reply. "Well good luck!". Then I would wander around wondering to myself "Am I supposed to know how to play your game?" I would look for instructions, surely there would be a video in my room or something. I work in the oil patch as a contractor. I work 4 months straight then 7 days off. Ive got no wife, no girlfriend, no kids. I have no rent, mortgage, utility bills. Its an hour drive to the nearest store or gas station or house. Ive got money coming out of my ass and ill put it in their machine, even if my chance of winning was 0, just to be in the company of another human being for awhile and nobody will explain to me how you do that. The entire town of Hobbs, NM is like this. Some of these people are too lazy to even take your money. I order a crown and coke and get a small glass of mostly ice and coke. The next one i ask for a double. The bartender asks if i want it in the same glass. Well, the first drink was filled to the rim, i dont think you could fit a double in the same glass. I asked the difference between the room for $299 compared to the $99 room. The $99 room was more like a regular motel room and the $299 room was nicer was the reply. I went with the $299 room to be safe. It looked like a regular motel room but it had a giant fully place set table. I guess you would have to bring your own food because you cant get any food after 11 pm. I couldnt find a vending machine or even a coke machine. On the plus side. The bed was really comfortable and the pillows were nice in my opinion. The bath and shower were big. The room was clean. It was very quiet but I noticed that my vehicle was the only vehicle in the parking lot when i checked out the following morning. I gave it 2 stars because currently Im living on location on an oil lease and sleep on a cot in a sleeping bag, in , I have no running water or heat. Sometimes large rats will get in and knock things over waking me up. Sometimes large numbers of flying, stinging, insects build hives or nests on or around my trailer and sting me if i disturb them. I would give my place 1 star.
  • Machine very tight, they close at 3 am.all machine will be disabled. Not much help at the cashier, long line and just one cashier. No ice in beverage machines.
