  • Another really nice place to visit, in Oklahoma. It is clean, well kept and a famous rapelling sight. There is a pool, open in the summer and lots of hiking. It is in a canyon and can get warm, but oh...  more »
  • Lots of nice big campsites and beautiful red sandstone canyon walls. Beware of the road down with larger campers, the turns aren't the concern so much as the steep twisting angle.  more »
  • Camping in Red Rock Canyon is exquisite. For the most part it is very quiet and free of unwanted noise. Great place to hike the trails and practice a rappel. Great Wet and dry campsites are available.  more »

  • A fun place to visit or even stay a couple of nights. If you like walking & climbing you'll most likely enjoythe park. There's even restrooms but depending on the time of the year some might be closed along with some trails. But it's still a fun place to visit. There's multiple play grounds, grills, canopies ( some need to be reserved tho). There's even a pool open during the summer months.
  • Camped here a couple of times over the last few years and enjoyed the campsite and surrounding. We like the far corner of the site where you are surrounded by rock faces and thus, blocking any wind especially during Fall or Winter months. The campsite has bathroom and shower facility (you can pay for hotwater) if you needed some creature comforts. The site is also where you can repel off the rock faces (with the right equipment) and it takes a semi-challenging climb to get there. Even if you don’t repel, the view up there is worth it and the climb is fun. While the area is not as big as the Wichita Mountains, there are several trails to explore. The vastness of wide open spaces provides a great escape from the urban jungle.
  • Such an amazing place to go with family, my son had a blast with all the options to rock climb, hike and play in the water. we loved the spots and how clean it is. we will be planning a trip back very soon!
  • Wonderful Canyon based camp site and RV parking. Lots of things to do I've been here many times over the last 30 years and I've not seen the entire area. One of the few remaining places for the native Caddo maple too!
  • The pictures I've seen don't do it justice! This was such a beautiful place and there was no one else there when hiked up the California road nature trail. It was very beautiful and peaceful and an easy hike for my 2 year old and I.
