I stayed here a 5 or 6 times last year and this year. If you can get a Nonsmoking room in the main casino, it is a pleasant stay . But if it is overbooked and has to stay at one of the adjoining prope... read more »
This casino is clean and the staff is customer friendly. We had a fun evening but don't expect to change your life with your winnings. The best I've ever done there is to leave with the $ I arrived wi... read more »
we were here for a concert last week, did not stay here though. Great place for a concert, the outdoor arena is close, a good place to watch. Food is good here too, I had the prime rib, 17 bucks, not ... read more »
Horrible.. After we checked in we went to our chalet. Right away when I get into a hotel room I take the top covers off of the beds and re make it with the extra clean blankets provided because they are usually dirty and have been used by the previous guests. Well the blankets that were supposed to be clean that were folded in the corner with a extra set of sheets were dirty, stunk, and were full of dog hair. When I called the front desk I was told I had to deal with it until house keeping came back the NEXT morning. The guy at the front desk said it about 4 times to me "nope, have to wait for house keeping" after putting up a fuss long enough he finally said he would ask security to bring some clean ones.. They never came. The chalet was filthy. The counters still had crumbs all over and the floor had not been swept in a long time. There was left over food, crumbs, and cob webs. If I could I wouldn't even give it one star.. Crapping house keeping and customer service. We won't be coming back
Room is adequate. Wi-fi is not functioning. When asked about non functioning Wi-fi, front desk responded with " yeah, it doesn't work right now".
Customer service is a joke here folks. I understand in the casino industry, the customer loses money most of the time and that is to be expected. What is unexpected is the rudeness, carelessness, and crass way they treat the customer. From the restaurants to the hotels, to the table dealers, nothing but disrespectfully, slow, lazy, and rude service. They don't care that you're spending money, or even how much, unless you're one of their 'whales' you are ignored. The rudest of all were actually the 'customer service' desk people. Such a hard job, sitting on your butt all day, making players club cards, fulfilling promotions (which they take forever on and always run out) and answering customer questions. Don't waste your time here.Or your money.
The buffet has a great variety from salads and fruits to an Asian area, an American section with chicken and stuffing, an omelet bar at lunch with eggs, sausage, and bacon. The dessert section is pretty amazing. The American Grill has a prime rib option for $7.77 which is pretty awesome. It comes with au jus, a roll, baked potato, and steamed carrots. It was all pretty good but expect a wait. You're paying $7.77 for prime rib. It's definitely worth the wait. The only thing I had a complaint about is the lack of buzzers for the restaurant. It would be a smart business move to give people a buzzer so they can go gamble while waiting to get in. They could definitely make up the costs pretty quick.
!!!!!!PINK EYE!!!!!!!!@ Grand Hinckley Inn. We went to the Alan Jackson concert and got a room at the Grand Hinckley Inn. After checking in we found the room to be a dump. There was no HBO guide or a channel listing not that it mattered anyway half the channels didn't work. The bed sheets felt damp there's stains all over the floor the hallways are scuffed all the way down it. The room stink there is no book showcasing the activities to do while staying there. They give you a ticket for the deluxe breakfast which is nothing more than cold cereal and donuts not a hot item on the menu we were charged $229.64 for one night. This is a $60 hotel at best. The day after staying there my fiance developed pink eye. Needless to say we will not be back I have posted photos if you want to see them.
