  • Friendly, helpful staff that helped me with a special order. I live near by and will visit frequently. 
  • I came into the store to buy some alipining gear for my upcoming trip and I couldn't of found a more helpful staff. Lynn expressed solid customer service skills and was very accommodating to my needs....  more »

  • This is the best place in the black hills of South Dakota for high quality rock climbing gear and outdoor apparel ....excellent ciustomer service
  • Quality gear, staff was friendly and informative-they really know their stuff!
  • Very friendly service and knowledgeable staff. Decent selection on most things. Some items were priced rather high; however, it's good to support local businesses, so I suggest forking over a bit extra to help the little guy out.
