  • Stopped in thinking this would just be a tourist gimmick but had a great time! Looked around the store and bought some delicious strawberry jelly. As we were checking out the gem "mining" caught our eye so we bought a $30 bucket to "mine". We sifted through the bucket with our dog on the porch and had a lot of fun doing it. Staff was super helpful & friendly, definitely worth a visit if you're looking for something unique to do.
  • This place brought out the kid in me for sure!!! Even though it kind of had a "set up" feeling to it, I mean everything was already in buckets and stuff, it was still a neat experience. The gift shop was amazing as well with some beautiful jewelry.
  • Decent gems and friendly service.
  • Gem mine is fun, but a little expensive for the buckets.
  • We had a great experience here with 7 year olds. They enjoyed the mining and my daughter had a pendant made from one of the gems that she found. My wife liked it so much that she will be having a pendant made from another of the gems for Christmas. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable; I would call it a good family activity.
