  • Love coming out here. Great atmosphere, and great kayaking/canoeing. They also have a small boat ramp with plenty of parking
  • Poe springs is a great place to take the kids, family , or just go alone and relax. Playgroud, boatslip, and a great b little spring to explore. Add this one to your list.
  • Quiet waterway, Perfect place to kayak or stand up paddle board. The spring water is cold, swimming area is kinda small but the kids didn't mind and had a good time. I highly recommend wearing those rubber soled water shoes. Lots of rocks under water.
  • A true hidden gem! I love this place. It's free, off the beaten path, and absolutely gorgeous. There is a deep vent that had five big turtles swimming in it, the water and setting is beautiful. Two thumbs up!
  • Definitely a special place near Gainesville! It's about 30 minutes from the heart of Gainesville, and totally worth it. Free entry, and you won't believe it. The water is gorgeous. There are picnic tables, there's rafting... There are bathrooms you can change in. 4 stars because they're closed some days of the week, even in the summer!
