  • Skied for three days at Hidden Valley with family of varying skill sets. Lessons were good for the beginner, and convenience of the lifts was great. Not for advanced skiers but excellent for a family ...  more »
  • Years ago this was a year round resort. In the summer there were bands and people in bars, a good restaurant, people swimming, the place used to be filled with energy. I went to a wedding there this s...  more »
  • Clock tower clock is not keeping time.... I find that so funny. The service in the tower itself is poor. I stopped for a drink at 4, the door was open but I was told they were closed. It was strange. ...  more »
  • Great little resort/residential community. Grounds are well-maintained all year and every season offers something different to appreciate with the changing weather and scenery. I would like to see some kind of small store or casual food options available outside of the winter months though. Everything shuts down for 8 or 9 months of the year and it would be nice to have food options or access to some essentials without needing to make a run down off the ridge. From what I have seen there are enough people up here year round to support something like this.
  • We were at the resort to ski resort to ski with family. It was my 3 year old's first time skiing. The rental service setup was efficient and the staff were helpful and friendly. They made the rental process smooth and easy. The resort was busy but not overwhelmingly so and that was on a Saturday during holiday season. Prices at the cafe were reasonable and I enjoyed exploring the many lounge areas with my youngest while we watched our family ski through the large viewing windows.
  • Hidden Valley Resort is a great place to be at any time of the year! However, if you have any interest in snow sports, Hidden Valley is a great place for beginners and seasoned veterans when it comes to shredding some powder! The staff is very friendly and the food is delicious! The Bell Tower restaurant has phenomenal food! (If you want to spend a few extra minutes inside instead of on the slopes)
  • Really great place to go skiing. It has trails that are perfect for non beginners that aren't challenging but fun. They also have a couple advance trails that looked more challenging than my level of skiing. I look forward to coming back!
  • Hidden Valley's a comfortable and quieting family resort. My family and I have been coming here for decades and our only complaints are that we aren't allowed to use the pool anymore. They want us to drive all the way to seven springs to use THEIR pool. ($7). Hotel guests can use still use the HV pool though so you should be fine if you come to visit.
