  • So maybe Billy the Kid really died here. Maybe not. But the museum was informative and interesting. And free! It was a nice stop on the road to the hill country.  more »

  • Very small even from a child's perspective, and if "bangs" is present, equally as creepy. They try hard, but most are not even from hico. They would do good to organize a family dinner, much less a donation based business. I want to enjoy it, but I just did not, not even at ten. 😞
  • Yes small, but it's free (they ask for a donation) and the lady that has been working both times I visited was very friendly and informed. We enjoyed both visits to the museum and bring visitors from out of town.
  • History is so cool.
  • Did not go in. But looked small from outside
  • Small but free. They take donations to tour the small room filled with evidence that Brushy Bill Roberts was actually Billy the Kid. You read and study the facts and decide for yourself!
