  • I saw Tool here in May of 2017. The venue was very well set up with plenty of parking, well managed lines and crowds, a good sound, and decent food options. They serve food and drinks near the floor seating as well, which is a brilliant idea and more venues should do that. Parking was $10. This may not be the venue's fault, but the staff at the event were very strict about just about everything. Multiple people got pulled out of their seats and either removed or had a verbal lashing for taking pictures, smoking, sitting in the isles, and various other offences. Overall a great experience.
  • Packed venue but very streamlined. Staff posted everywhere to help you find your way. All but one person was friendly and helpful. Security moves smoothly and at a reasonable pace.
  • Went here my whole life for events, concerts, Disney on ice... everything. We love going here when we visit the area! Usually packed but it's clean and always a fun experience
  • Being in this industry for almost 20 years, I can safely say my experience at the Tool concert was one of the worst displays of operational excellence I have seen in quite some time. It was clear the staff and management were not prepared for an attendance of this size. Very disappointing for driving 3 hours to see a show only to have it ruined by a sub-par staff and plan.
  • I go here all the time for hockey games! For being stadium seats they sit pretty well. and there is plenty of room to move around. It would definitely be a great place to see a concert.
