Stretching into the Pacific Ocean, Hermosa Beach Pier provides a great vantage point for observing a range of seaside activity. The pier, constructed in 1904, has long played an important role for this beach town. Enjoy a stroll, take in coastline views, and breathe in the bracing sea air. Head to the Surfers Hall of Fame if you'd like to learn about the heroes of one of Hermosa Beach's favorite pastimes. The end of the pier is a popular spot for fishing; stay a while to watch anglers reel in their catch of the day. Hermosa Beach Pier Reviews
Very clean, very minimal. I enjoyed the walk to the end and the views were cool. But it's really just a pier. So average rating. more »

At the entrance of the beach has toilets and showers, all very clean. Several nearby parking lots. Promenade for walking, skating, bike ... Is an amazing place. We love Hermosa Beach and its surroundings. Redondo Beach, Manhattan Beach ...
サーファーが結構いました。ビーチは広くとてもきれいです。あまり有名ではないので、観光客は少ないように感じました。地元の人が散歩をしたり、ジョギングをしたりして良い雰囲気でした。 more »There were many surfers. Beach is wide and clean. Is not very well-known, so I felt less like tourists. It was a feel good or jog, walk or local people.
I'm from Indianapolis, but lived in LA for many years before moving back to Indy. Hermosa Beach is my second home. There pier and boardwalk community 'Stand' has a welcoming spirit. Walking the boardwalk is a peaceful stroll that soothes the soul. It brings out the best of everyone. It's a non smoking beach/city. The police, fire, and other public servants are friendly approachable and add to the welcoming sentiments. One day I'll live on the Stand and continue that community warmth that seems to come natural for the entire city.
This is my go to pier to fish🎣 on outta of all the piers in LA County and orange county. It's the furthest out in the water, surrounded my open water, working sinks. Holes to hold your poles, clean bathrooms at the base of the pier along with a ton of restaurants, Amazing weather and great people. If you haven't fished Hermosa pier make some time to get out there. I've caught all kinds of fish here from Bass, Mackerel, sand sharks, stingrays, octopus etc....
FAVOURITE BEACH in L A. Lots of restaurants near by. Nice beach for families. Older people would find the long walk on sand to the water a little much. 400 feet of hot sand to reach the shore. No shade. Loved this beach though. Clean and tourist friendly. Parking was cheap.
Beautiful. Parking was $1.25-$1.50/hr in the lot by the pier. Sunset and surfers. Great way to end the day! Lots of bathroom stalls. Lots of places to eat. :)
Fell in love with this place .Clean smooth sand.Beautiful homes. Calm waters. The sunset ....the sunset 😥 I want to go back. I'm moving, I just decided. Seriously. 😶
