  • Played this course on Saturday, October 29, with my wife, son-in-law and grandson - course was in very ragged condition - tees were chewed up and littered with broken tees - greens were the "longest" ...  more »
  • Paid $50 - waste of time and money. Lots of burnt areas around the greens that were inundated with weeds - wth? Hard to believe the PGA tour used to stop here.
  • Nice practice course with narrow fairways and slow Greens, if you can call it green. At $22 including Kart you do nothing wrong make. Simply screw the expectations down and already fits it.

  • This course offers some good views and decent holes, but that can't compensate for the poor grass, so-so employees, and pre-lawn mower length greens. I wish I were more expert in groundskeeping to speak more specifically to the grass, but best I can describe is it was poorly mowed and the blades too sparse. The club head doesn't glide through as naturally, even on fairways and tee boxes. And the blade length on the greens was unusual. It was reminiscent of highlights from PGA putts 60+ years ago. In other words, very very slow. The most interesting thing we found on some holes was that the green fringe blades were longer than the surrounding "rough." It was as if the mower had made a mistake more than once. The shop employee was your standard pro shop-Joe, anxious to not have to talk to anyone anymore, and the pro shop is void of any windows or much feeling of welcoming. The course itself is short - lots of 300-400 yard par 4s and par 3s, so good for a beginner player - yet challenging enough designs to give you some trouble guessing the best spots to lay up. As a more experienced golfer, I would not come back here, but it's not like the course was in shambles by any means. The price and challenge of the course is probably right for a beginner-intermediate player.
  • Wildhorse is a hidden gem! Pretty clubhouse, helpful, friendly staff and good food upstairs in the restaurant. The course has improved greatly over the last few years with much effort put into the primarily Bermuda course. Price of rounds is great and they offer locals' specials and late afternoon deals. It's open to the public and an Audubon Cooperative golf course- plus there's a great golf school onsite to book lessons, if you need to up your game. It's my new course of choice whenever I have friends visiting and I love to share the history of the place with them.
  • We for the disk golf. $10 and you get a cart TOO. THEY DID A GOOD JOB OF BLENDING THE DISC GOLF IN WITH THE REGULAR GOLF.
  • Amazing staff and atmosphere! The only thing is there greens are slow other than that great place for golf!
  • Relaxing weekend !!!!! Wonderful ;-)
