Where to stay in Henderson

Henderson is often considered a neighborhood of Las Vegas, though it's a separate city. You'll find many chain hotels here that offer better deals on rooms than those along the Vegas strip. A few fine resorts offer full-service luxury accommodations around the city's famous shopping area.

  • This was the first legal distillery in Nevada. George the owner actually worked with the Nevada senate to allow legal distilleries. He gives a great tour and hosts a great tasting. The spirits are excellent and you get a history lesson and an interactive walkthrough of how each spirit is made.
  • Awesome to visit the first distillery in Nevada. One of the owners, George, is very passionate and knowledgeable about his whiskeys. They have a wide variety, and they tasted great
  • Free tours and tastings, awesome! They explain the distilling process in detail then take you to sample the liquor they make.
  • If you like bourbon or any distillery experience, this place is a must. Great learning experience and great bourbon!
  • The (female) manager here at the D.C. Location is very rude and speaks fecetiously to the customers. She switches up on the policies of the restaurant on a DAILY BASIS. The female manager also walked away in the middle of me inquiring about these new policies. She didn't ask me to wait or anything of the such... she just walked off in the middle of the conversation. When the food was brought out, I was notified only half of my order wasn't put in to the chef. The food that was brought out wasn't what I asked for and I ended up having to get it sent back to be corrected.Despite the food being good, the rudeness displayed by the manager and the complications with my order will make me question ever returning. I work RIGHT across the street from The Beacon and come a couple of times a week but they might have lost a valued customer. Very unsatisfied and disappointed with the services.
