  • Historical barn and tour. Heirloom apple grove. Must come and pick and buy apples at the festival. Great picnic areas for large groups. Hiking, fishing. Beautiful views from the hike to the top.  more »

  • This is a good place for hiking. My Hubby and I did have a good time here. But when we arrived the peak, there is a big group of bees/flies passed by us. It looks so scary. We also heard other sounds in the grass...cannot keep going forward in the mountain for us. There are whole bunches of picnic places, which are good for families. So far so good , I will recommend here.
  • I love this hiking spot. The little pond and all the trees make it a relaxing hike. I like how the big hill at the entrance is very steep and challenging, and the top has a really nice view of the Hayward hills.
  • Oh wow! This place is just amazing, I regret not finding it earlier. I was frequently passing by Mission blvd thinking "Mountains are so beautiful, there must be a park nearby!" and sure it's there! Nature, walking trails, even some very old cars are there to top the experience and make it more like a history walk. It's extremely beautiful, especially for those who loves mountains like me. And it feels huge, so it's a perfect escape from city life when you need to.
  • Such a beautiful park! I was so pleasantly surprised to see a nice little lake there to walk around! It's a big park!! :)
  • Lots of great hiking and biking trails for all skill levels. Also some great views from the higher elevations in the park.
