  • Wonderful museum...worth the side trip to see. Not crowded. Doesn't take long to see
  • Kids loved it. Dino happy.
  • The museum is great but it is the classes and special events that will make you come back. The staff is knowledgeable and can answer most questions.
  • A wonderful museum in a place where you might only expect the odd "stuff I found in my sock drawer" roadside attractions. The Sternberg had a great educational department and a small but fascinating activity room for younger kids to explore while they're looked after by staff (this way older kids and Mom and Dad can have time to read the informative signs).
  • This museum is a great place to stop into. Whether you live in Hays, near Hays, or you are passing by on the interstate this place is worth checking out. Their dinosaurs are in my mind as real as they get. Seeing the history of Kansas was interesting as well. One major downside is that the museum doesn't have a very high revisit value
